The Mariachi Divas were formed in Los Angeles in 1999 and their 4th CD "Canciones De Amor" which translated means "Songs Of Love" is selling well and was nominated for a Latin Grammy.
The show has sold out numerous venues and events including four times at the prestigious John Anson Ford Theatre in southern California. They have also performed at both Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villraegosa's inaugural balls.
The Divas are a very successful casino attraction.
They recently sold out shows in the beautiful Quechan Paradise casino in Yuma Arizona, the Sky City in Acoma New Mexico and The Desert Diamond in Tucson AZ. These casinos all have wanted return engagements The girls also have a musical Christmas show which is filled with Mexican Holiday and religious folk songs like Felice Navidad, and Ava Maria...
There are 15 people traveling with the show. Three male technicians and 12 female performers. They do not require backline except for latin percussion and LP, which manufactures latin percussion instruments will supply your venue with the necessary LP such . Congas, timbales etc. free of charge.
